The property was difficult to price because of the number of horse stalls and barn space present. A good offer came in a few days before the auction and the seller accepted it, mostly due to the feedback that had came back from other potential buyers. The transaction went smoothly and it was great to not have to worry about repairs being an issue because all the disclosures and inspections were completed. I beleive the auction process works well!
